Psychodynamic & IFS Therapist
Beginning therapy is a meaningful and brave step, especially when you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can show up fully—without judgment—and begin to explore the parts of yourself and your story that want attention, care, or change. With compassionate curiosity and collaboration, we’ll work to loosen patterns that no longer serve you and create more space for clarity, self-trust, and connection.
My work is rooted in a relational approach and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-informed practices. I also draw from eastern philosophy and mind-body perspectives to support emotional regulation, deeper self-awareness, and a greater sense of internal balance. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, relationship struggles, identity shifts, or unresolved trauma, I bring respect for your lived experience and an interest in the wisdom already within you.
I specialize in working with adults navigating complex inner worlds, relationship challenges, or transitions that feel disorienting or destabilizing. Together, we’ll get to know the patterns and parts that are showing up in your life—and why—so you can begin to respond to yourself and others with more understanding, agency, and care.
I believe that healing isn’t about striving to be “better,” but about coming into more honest and compassionate relationship with who you already are. In our work, we’ll make room for your full humanity—messy, meaningful, and everything in between.
