When much of your life has been spent striving, achieving, and building—professionally, creatively, or both—it can be unsettling to realize that other parts of your life feel stalled, strained, or out of alignment. You may find yourself questioning how you arrived here, feeling disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward in relationships or dating. I approach the therapeutic relationship with warmth and steadiness, creating a space where you can safely look inward, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Therapy is a second career for me, and my prior work in both creative and corporate settings informs my work with professionals navigating high levels of responsibility, transition, and pressure. I draw from Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support individuals and couples in developing greater self-compassion, loosening long-standing patterns, and building more authentic ways of relating—to themselves and to others.

I work with individuals and couples around dating and relationship concerns, fertility and family-building, and periods of emotional or existential transition. This includes supporting individuals navigating dating fatigue, attachment patterns, and questions about intimacy and partnership; couples seeking deeper connection, improved communication, or support through change; and individuals or couples processing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, or decisions about parenthood. Our work together is depth-oriented, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward with greater clarity, agency, and emotional flexibility.
