Dannielle approaches the therapeutic relationship with warmth and steadiness, creating a space where clients can safely look inward, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with what matters most. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support individuals and couples in developing greater self-compassion, loosening long-standing patterns, and building more authentic ways of relating—to themselves and to others. Dannielle’s prior work in both creative and corporate settings also informs her work with professionals navigating high levels of responsibility, transition, and pressure.
