We are a small, psychodynamically-oriented private practice based in New York City, providing online psychotherapy to high-achieving adults. Our clients include professionals, creatives, academics, and entrepreneurs—thoughtful, driven individuals seeking insight into patterns around identity, relationships, perfectionism, anxiety, and internal conflict.
Our work emphasizes clinical depth and long-term change, and we are attuned to the diverse ways achievement, emotional complexity, and neurodiversity intersect. Many of our clients identify with traits associated with giftedness, ADHD, or twice-exceptionality (2e), and we value clinicians who bring curiosity and sensitivity to working with this population—though it is not the exclusive clinical focus of the practice.

We are seeking a licensed psychodynamic therapist to join our remote-only, fee-for-service team. The ideal candidate is experienced, reflective, and comfortable working with high-functioning adult clients.
